This all started with our own wedding; we understand the emotions and details that make a wedding truly special.

 

Led by husband-and-wife co-owners Raymundo and Michelle, along with our team known as the Genevieves, we bring warmth and joy to every event. We handle every detail meticulously to ensure a seamless, stress-free wedding day.

 

At oso events, we celebrate love in all its forms and embrace multicultural weddings. We welcome couples of every orientation and identity, proudly standing as allies of the LGBTQ+ community. Our goal is to make your day authentically yours.

As we build 'oso,'  we want to make sure that we give back to our community. Every time you book an event with us, 10% of the proceeds will be going to Next Door Solutions, a non-profit organization with a mission of ending domestic violence.

Once we receive your details, we'll set up a casual conversation to dive into your vision, address any questions, and explore how we can transform your dream wedding into a reality. Our process is all about your convenience, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey from the moment you get in touch to your beautiful wedding day.

  • What makes you different?
    As two career professionals with complementary skill sets, you receive two planners for the price of one! We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are confident in our ability to execute your plans, no matter how unique. We also offer an easier planning experience, by using tools like Aisle Planner to provide an extra layer of organization and efficiency. There is nothing we love more than creating the perfect day for our clients!
  • Should we hire a planner or coordinator?
    The concierge package is ideal for couples who enjoy putting in the time and energy it takes to plan a wedding. ​ Our full service planning package is perfect for everyone else. It can be overwhelming to plan a wedding! We have it covered. We've made our full planning package as seamless as possible. You make all of the decisions and leave the rest to us.
  • Do you offer month-of coordination?
    As a part of our concierge package, three months before your wedding, we will take over communication with your vendors to finalize all of the little details. We want you to enjoy the month leading up to your big day with as little stress as possible!
  • Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?
    Yes, we're a dedicated team of four! Throughout your wedding journey, you'll work closely with all of us. Michelle leads with a keen eye for detail, supported by two event planning associates who excel in gathering all the specifics. Raymundo ensures our contracts are carefully managed. On the day-of, we are very exacting, expecting nothing less than a perfectly executed event. Together, we strive to ensure every detail is handled thoughtfully, making your wedding day as smooth and memorable as possible.
  • How much time should we expect to spend with you?
    We're committed to making your wedding day spectacular! Expect lots of quality time together—we offer unlimited communication via email, text, and fun check-in calls on Google Meet. We'll join you for site walkthroughs as needed, keep in touch with our regular check-ins, and even set up a playful mock table to ensure everything's just right. Plus, we'll run through rehearsals to guarantee everything flows smoothly on your big day!
  • What is your process for ensuring our wedding day goes smoothly?
    Our process ensures your wedding day is flawlessly executed through our meticulous attention to detail and advanced technology. Using tools like Aisle Planner and BeMerry, we organize your wedding, track budgets, and create 3D venue mock-ups. On the vendor and logistics side, we develop highly detailed timelines and floor plans, triple-check all arrangements with vendors, and maintain an extensive checklist for every detail. We're obsessed to continuously improving our services to ensure your experience is seamless and perfect.
  • What is your payment schedule?
    To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit. Three months prior to your wedding, 25% is due, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
