If your celebration takes us further out, we just add a small travel fee to take care of our team's gas and time so we arrive ready to hit the ground running. Our services begin with partial planning because we believe our couples deserve more support than a month-of package allows. We want you to feel confident and cared for throughout the process, not just in the final few weeks. By being involved earlier, we can plan more thoughtfully, anticipate details, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly on your wedding day.

A retainer is due when you book. After that, 25% of your total is due three months before your wedding, and the final balance is due one month out. We’re also flexible—if you’d prefer a custom payment plan, we’re happy to work with you to make the process as stress-free as possible.
