We are deeply, genuinely in love with this work. We honestly have the best job in the world, and we never, ever lose sight of that. A wedding isn't just a big party on a calendar; it’s a massive emotional milestone. As a husband-and-wife team leading a full-time team of three, we take this responsibility personally. You deserve a safe harbor during this season. Here is how we run oso events, and what you can expect when you join our family:

This is your day, not our photoshoot. We have zero interest in pushing you toward "on-trend" aesthetics or traditions that don't fit who you are. We don't do cookie-cutter templates, and we never treat your wedding as a stepping stone for our brand. Our job is to listen, protect your vision, and make sure your day feels authentically like you.

2. we protect your budget like it’s our own

We believe in total financial honesty. We never accept vendor kickbacks, referral fees, or hidden commissions—period. If a vendor offers an industry discount, 100% of those savings go straight back to you (often saving our couples thousands). (The only exception is standard hotel room block commissions, which we are always upfront about!)

3. a full-time team in your corner

When you hire us, you get our full-time team of three working in tandem. You get the combined strengths of three lead planners, ensuring your day is backed by total adaptability and zero single-point-of-failure stress. We operate with zero egos; we aren't there to be "the boss" of your wedding, but to lift up you and your entire creative team.

4. intuitive tools for you, custom tech for us

We never want planning to feel like homework. You get access to Aisle Planner: an intuitive, clean, and beautifully designed tool that makes viewing your timeline and checklist effortless. Behind the scenes, we built our own custom internal tech to automate all the boring admin work on our end. By streamlining the backend, we free up hundreds of hours to actually be present and advocate for you.

5. proactive communication on your terms

You will never feel left in the dark, wondering what happens next or sitting on an unread email:

2-day response guarantee: We respond to all emails within 2 business days (though we’re usually much faster!).
structured updates: Weekly digests for full planning clients, and monthly digests for all other planning packages.
a clear roadmap of scheduled calls: We guide you step-by-step through a structured call schedule—including your Kick-Off Call, 6-Month Check-In, Design Call, Decor Call, Details Call, and 1-Month Check-In.
